WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN UP?
Getting started with AdRunner is simple – just choose your package below, depending on whether you want us to run a Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign for you, or a Google Ads ‘pay-per-click’ campaign, or all three. You sign up for just one month at a time, so it’s easy to get started. Here’s what happens when you sign up:
1: Answer 5 simple questions about your business
Once you are on board, you will share a small amount of information with us about your business, its customers, the location you would like to target, your daily or monthly ad budget, and the ideal type of enquiry that you’re looking for. This helps to ensure that you’re not only receiving ‘enquiries’, but that the enquiries are as useful to your business as possible. You’ll do this online, and it will take you just a few minutes.
2: When notified, simply approve the ads we’ve created or request changes
Our team will then set to work on creating your ad creatives, the text that will be used, and defining the audiences that we’ll be targeting in your chosen area, in order to find you the best results.
Once your ads are prepared, usually within a day or two, you’ll be able to find them in your dashboard. If you want us to make changes, just let us know, otherwise you may approve them and we can get them started
3: We’ll make your ads live and you’ll start receiving enquiries
When we start your ads, your 30-day period will commence. You won’t lose any time during the setup process at all.
If we’re running a Facebook ads campaign for you, we’ll connect into Facebook and turn your enquiries into convenient emails, which will be delivered straight to your email inbox. You can then easily make contact with your prospective new customer. For Google Ads campaigns, customers will be sent to your website, and will enquire via from your website in the usual way.
4: Need to request a change? Just send a simple message
While your campaign is live, you’ll be able to use the Dashboard, or simply send a text message to request our team to make changes – for example, if you want us to adjust your budget, or if you’d like us to launch new ad creative, etc.
Your request will be acknowledged by one of our Support team, who will direct it to an appropriate team member. We’ll let you know once your request has been completed.

Is AdRunner suitable for my business?
AdRunner is suitable for all service-type businesses, such as trades, shops, restaurants, salons, spas, venues, professional services, and so much more. If you supply a service to your clients, and if you typically want to reach customers within a certain area around your location, AdRunner is for you.
How long does it take to set up?
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be asked to tell us a little about your business – this will only take you a few minutes. We’ll then prepare your ad campaigns, taking care of absolutely everything for you. Once complete, you’ll need to approve the ads before we can make them live. Your ads will be live in around 3-5 days.
How much ad budget would I need?
We’ve built our processes to be suitable for businesses with all budgets, large or small, so you may use whatever budget you are comfortable with. You can tell us to adjust your budget at any time within your Dashboard, so feel free to start lower and increase it when you see results.
As a rough guide, most of our customers use an ad budget of around £10 per day, however, we can work with budgets as low as £100 for the month, up to many thousands.
What sort of results can I expect?
You’ll hopefully appreciate this is one of those ‘how long is a piece of string’ questions. The truth is, your exact response rate is going to vary according to your business type, location, and your ad budget, however our team are fully dedicated to making your campaign successful, and we feel certain you’ll be happy with the response.
Where will my ads appear?
You may choose whichever package works best for you.
We have a package that allows you to advertise on both Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms are owned by one company, Meta, and as such your ads will appear on both.
We have a package that gives you coverage on Google search, specifically aimed at people in your area who are searching for a business like yours.
Or, in what is actually our most popular package, your ads can appear on all three platforms.
Wherever your customers are, we have a package to suit!
How long is the contract?
You need only commit one month at a time. You may cancel any time before your next month renews.
What if I need to make changes with the campaign?
Within the Dashboard, you’ll be able to send a message to our Support team. Any change requested will be acknowledged by Support, who will then ensure your needs are dealt with by an appropriate member of our team. You’ll receive confirmation once your request has been actioned.
Can I change / add to my package?
Yes, you can. For example, if you sign up for Facebook ads only, you can later upgrade to the Facebook + Google service. The same applies if you sign up for Google Ads, you can then upgrade to both at a later stage.
Can someone call me?
At AdRunner, we’re absolutely committed to doing the best job we can for you, at a monthly cost that works for your business. One way that we keep our costs so low is by providing all support online, reducing the need for a telephone-based Support team and all the costs involved which would otherwise be passed on to you.
